Cynthia has been working in the department for three years and really enjoys her work with the students, faculty and staff in the department. She was honored with the 2017 Staff Sustainability Leadership Award for her efforts to make this a Green Office. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in English at Texas A&M University, she worked in several fields including car insurance claims, childcare and sales. She is fan of Freakanomics Radio and Frank Sinatra and considers herself a life-long learner. This makes working in higher education a great fit for her.
