Summary

Charles Shaughnessy is currently working on his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering while conducting research for Dr. Kevin Leonard. His current research interests include CO2 reduction, materials characterization, and high pressure electrochemistry. He graduated from the University of Dallas in 2015 with a B.S. in Chemistry. While at the University of Dallas he received the Robert A. Welch Undergraduate Chemistry Research Award for his work in photocatalyst synthesis, spent a semester abroad in Italy, and played NCAA DIII lacrosse.
