The 2009 CPE-REU Program Schedule:
Each week, just prior to most weekly seminars, we will have informal, student-run tours of the laboratory in which each student works. This provides additional incentive for each student participant to learn about all the aspects of research in their mentor's lab, and to build their speaking skills. Perhaps more importantly, the tours also provide the entire group with more information about the diversity of research being conducted in the various labs and an understanding of the facilities and equipment needed for the research.

- Arrival Day
- Picnic (5 pm)
May 29, 2009:
- Begin work on research projects
- Seminar #1: Orientation
- 10-11:00 AM: 4150 Learned Hall: Lab Tour
June 2, 2009:
- Seminar #2: Conducting Research
- 3:00 PM: Lab Tour - Seminar
Thereafter, we will meet Tuesdays at 2 pm for Lab Tours and Seminars I will post an updated schedule shortly.
