2017 Graduation Extraveganza!

Monday, May 15, 2017

This last weekend was a busy one for the C&PE department.

Saturday, May 13th was the School of Engineering Recognition Ceremony.

We were honored to have our very own graduating senior, Annie Lynn, as the MC of the event.

After her inspiring speech, we had more good news. Kevin Tenny was awarded the School of Engineering Carl and Sammie Locke Award for the Most Outstanding Graduating Senior.

And Prof. Kevin Leonard earned the illustrious honor of being named the 2017 Paul and Virginia Miller Outstanding Faculty award.

(actual event photo coming soon)

We then had 129 Undergraduates and 10 Graduate students walk across the stage to receive their diplomas. What an amazing end to an outstanding and productive year!

Below is a glimpse of the weekends' excitement. For more pictures and posts, visit the CPE Facebook page or the School of Engineering page

Congratulations again to all of our well deserving and fantastic graduates!
